There is a demographic of people who simply can not afford a home by themselves. Our program provides structure, safe, and affordable housing placement for those in need. We prioritize the health and well-being of every individual in our homes, we’re also committed to life transformation. Our homes are fully furnished equiped with living esstentials, on site laundry and security. Our program provides grocery and medication pick up, and we host weekly meetings to ensure all clients are comfortable. Each home has a communication board with current community resources and skill building support classes. Our onboarding packet reviews our housing program structure and expectations. In this packet, we review your monthly flat rate which includes all utilities, household cleaning supplies, and more. Once accepted, each client receives a welcome basket containing essential hygiene items and is provided with a digital lock code for their convenience and safety. Additionally, we assist clients applying for important benefits such as SNAP, TANF, Medicare, or Medicaid. Our housing currently operates as a shared living arrangement, meaning clients live alongside other approved clients. Each client is screened prior to acceptance, to help place similar clients together.Its important that every client is comfortable to help out their transformation. We are background friendly, all ex offenders and felons are welcome to apply. Clients may leave the program at any time.
